Global Search & Functionality

Global Search helps you find work orders, parts, customers, and vendors quickly from any screen.

1. Click the search bar in the header.

2. Type keywords such as customer name, VIN, or part number.

3. Review categorised results: Work Orders, Customers, Vendors, Parts.

4. Click on a result to navigate directly to the page.

• Use precise keywords (e.g. full VIN) for faster results.

• Search results update in real-time as you type.

Q: Does search include completed work orders?

A: Yes, unless filters are applied.

Q: Can I search across multiple shops?

A: Yes, if you have access to those shops.
