Edit the Email Address Directly
Go to Settings in your ShopView application.
Select Staff from the left-hand menu.
Find the staff member whose email you want to update and click the Edit icon next to their name.
Enter the new email address in the email field.
Click Save to submit the update.
Confirm the New Email Address (Required)
After you save the new email address, ShopView sends a confirmation email to the newly entered email address.
Ask the staff member to open their new email inbox.
They must click the confirmation link in that email to confirm the change.
✅ Important: The email address will not fully update on the user profile until the confirmation link is clicked.
What Happens After Confirmation?
Once the new email is confirmed:
The staff member can log in to ShopView using their new email address and their existing (old) password.
If the staff member doesn’t remember their password, they can request a password reset here:

Important Notes
Email addresses must be unique in ShopView (shared emails are not allowed).
The staff member must have access to the new email inbox to complete the update (because confirmation is required).
If the confirmation email is not received, check the Spam/Junk folder and inbox filters for the new email account.
