The Work Order History feature has been enhanced and is now called the Audit Log.
You can access this from the Work Order using the three-dot menu.
The Audit Log provides a more comprehensive and granular view of all activity within a Work Order, including:
Work Order-level history – track overall changes such as status updates, assignments, and financial edits
Line item-level history – view detailed changes made to individual labor lines and parts
This enhancement gives you full visibility into who made changes, what was updated, and when—helping improve accountability and traceability across your workflow.
